A forward-thinking, global strategic leader with diverse management experience, Tom has successfully lead an international organization across multiple disciplines, including corporate leadership, operations (manufacturing/supply chain), business development (M&A, licensing), portfolio management, project management, P&L, sales and marketing. Prior to Hennepin Life Sciences, Tom worked for over 30 years at Upsher-Smith Laboratories in various capacities having progressing levels of responsibility.
